ACResponsibilities:
Analyze the industry trend and identify the competitiveness of the Video Metadata labeling and semantic analysis technology scope. Define roadmaps and architectures for Video Metadata labeling and semantic analysis platform and algorithm
Build the Video Metadata labeling and semantic analysis Research & Development team in clients Research Center
Provide the technical leadership, oversee the research projects to complete core technology construction in the Video Metadata labeling and semantic analysis scope
Act as liaison person to the industry, attend and participate industrial conference
Manage communications with internal stakeholder teams
Qualifications:
Education background:
? Master or higher degree in computer vision, image processing, deep learning/machine learning or significant relevant industry experience
? PhD in relevant discipline is preferred
Work experience:
? 1) 8+ years of industry experience in (one or multiple areas) Computer Vision, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, and Data Science. Experience in applying academic studies in industrial applications
? 2) 8+ years of experience in Video Metadata labeling and semantic analysis
Professional knowledge:
? Expert in one or multiple domains
? Video content tagging, video content indexing, video content searching, key frame extraction and identification, semantic uplift, semantic knowledge graph construction, video captioning
? Video content analysis and retrieval
? Be familiar with Computer Vision, Deep Learning and Machine Learning algorithm and open source framework and datasets
? Be familiar with the industry and academic conferences
Professional skills:
? C-suite communication and presentation skills
? Wide-reaching professional network in the industry
? Project management experience
? Experience at senior leadership position in international companies
? Experience at managing multi-cultural teams
Additional requirement:
? Occasional international travel is required (up to 20%)
