Responsibilities:
Responsible for the requirements analysis, public cloud solution design, application migration and data migration solution design. Based on the Client's public cloud technical architecture, output the service solutions to meet customer’s requirements.
Responsible for global ITO project infrastructure operation and maintenance management; setup the infrastructure operation and maintenance delivery management system.
Provide competitive public cloud solutions to carriers and other large customers, support the sales team with contract finalising.
Maintain the customer relationships,regularly communicate with customers and resolve the issues occuring during network operation.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
5 years of experience with cloud platform architecture design, implementation, configuration and operation & maintenance.
15 years of IT industry working experience.
Familiar with the mainstream cloud platforms (Ali, Azure, AWS) architecture and technical features, familiar with mainstream virtualization technologies (KVM, XEN, Vmvare), deep understanding of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS platform architecture.
Familiar with the mainstream related open source projects such as Openstack/ Saltstack/ Jcloud; familiar with Cloud/Foundry or container technologies such as Docker.
Experience with enterprise architecture design or cloud service integration will be highly preferred.
Master the traditional IT infrastructure (including servers, storage, database, network, middleware) operation and maintenance - extensive experience with Infrastructure IT operation and maintenance.
Familiar with IT security compliance requirements such as ISO27001, PCI, SOX, etc.
Proficient with ITIL, experienced with ITSM operation and maintenance tools selection, design and deployment.
Flexible with global travelling.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
