Test Manager – Job Description

Test Manager/Lead requires a 8-10yrs + experience of below:

Ø Expert level of Standard Test methodologies, Processes and Best Practices including Agile Methodologies and Test Factory etc

Ø Should Formulate and Implement Test strategy covering Functional , Integration, Regression and Security testing

Ø Should be Functionally strong in Automotive Domain

Ø Should be Expert on Test Management tool ALM

Ø ISTQB Foundation/Advanced level certification

Ø Define Test Strategy and Create Test Plan and provide effort estimates

Ø Should have experience in Test Data Management

Ø Effectively handle the Defect Management (Defect Triage Meetings, Defect Prevention meetings, Defect Status Reports)

Ø Effectively handle Change Requests

Ø Understanding of different Test automation frameworks

Ø Prior BMW Testing Process Exposure and Experience is desirable

Ø Expert in German Language as project communication both written and verbal are in German.
