We work in the field of staffing services and innovative workforce solutions as well as in the field of consultancy. In these areas of expertise we support our customers with IT staff and highly qualified IT consultants.Currently we are looking for one System Engineer DUNDAS (f/m) Ref. Nr.: 13320
Contractual relationship: Subcontractor / Freelancer or Employee

Location: Postcode 8 – Friedrichshafen
Tasks:
Service Management Dashboards
- Incident Management (History with detailed Drill-Downs)
- Problem Management (History with detailed Drill-Downs)
- Spare Parts Management (including detailed repair flow information)
- Reliability Ananlysis (detailed on LRU and SRU level)
- Supplier performance monitoring
- Generation of periodical reports
For each dashboard the following deliverables have to be provided:
- Concept & Template Design (including Key Facts & Dashboard Mockup)
- Data Model (including attributes & structure diagram)
- Dashboard implementation
- Dashboard implemented on ADS server
- Information / Data update procedure
Sample dashboards and attributes are included, to be used as a guideline to produce the expected deliverables and effort estimation.
Planning & Performance Tracking Dashboards:
- Workpackage & Workload Management
- EVM KPIs (CPI, BPI, SPI)
- Data consistency overview for Logistic Support DB and Physical
Breakdown Structure
- Maintenance Task Analysis and related workload based on competence profiles
For each dashboard the following support should be provided:
- Import of existing data to Dundas BI
- Data manipultation to generate required KPIs
- Information / data update procedure
- Dashboard module templates
- Documentation of provided support (procedures and methods)
FRACAS:
- Collect and update non conformity related data wthin JIRA and
FRACAS tracking tool
- Prepare status information for Non Conformity Review Board (NCRB)
- Update decision and action log
- Prepare NCRB report6
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
Experience in:
- Knowledge of dashboard development with Dundas BI
- Experience in design of analytical dashboards based on business needs
- Experience in service management, data processing, service operation, and
Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and FRACAS
- Knowledge and experience in border projects and processes (optional)
