Für unseren Kunden im Großraum Frankfurt suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer mit DWH/ETL Kenntnissen.Functional:
Experience with:
- capturing business requirements related to the transaction processing plattform
- test execution and release-management
- application owner activities such as Life-Cycle-Management, documentation
Particular areas of expertise:
- Assessment of new requirements for the development of the application
- Capturing new requirements for the application
- Instigation of new demands on the application (i.e. with regard to optimization, maintenance, compliance and life cycle management)
- definition of service and process oriented KPI’s and service levels and the appropriate monitoring thereof
- conduction of quality assurance (e.g. acceptance tests) during application releases (in the role of functional test manager)
- Ability to gather business requirements in case of a business crisis or restart of the application together with the AO Ops
- Participation in the fixing of issues (incident or problem) and confirmation of the fix
- Ability to coordinate regular exchanges with business parties/stake holders (e. g. Process Manager, Production Line Owner, users, external partners etc.)
- Ability to revision of user access rights on a regular basis (revision of technical and administrative users undertaken by AO Ops) as application rights responsible
Technical:
- Deep understanding of IT-processes
- Technical knowledge about data bases and ETL
- Experience with JIRA
