Your Skills
- Extensive experience in Software Engineering (Design Patterns, Optimization, Refactoring)
- Javascript programming (eg jQuery and Server Side Scripting)
- Javascript code documentation (eg jsdoc)
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Unit testing (eg Qunit)
- Project background as Scrum Master (must have)
- HANA xsjs (nice to have)
- SAPUI5/SAP Fiori (nice to have)
- Kapsel or Cordova (nice to have)
- Fluent English (must have)
Your Tasks
- Take over the role Scrum Master
- Prepare, discuss and complete sprint scoping together with customer
- Drive and enable implementation team in concepts, implementation, technical documentation and development testing
- Ensure delivery of planned sprint scope by implementation team in time and budget
- Create concepts for new wireframes and screen flows based on sprint scope, customer requirements, style guides, UX principles
- Code refactoring in order to ensure testability by unit tests (eg by encapsulation of functions in JavaScript)
- Create Unit testing concept and framework
- Ensure formal acceptance of sprint result by Customer
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues
