For our client in North Rhine-Westphalia we are looking for a Senior Project Support (m/w).
Your tasks:
- Ensure that all reports are collected on time and load the reports into the Master Plan tool.
- Evaluate and resolve any inconsistencies and conflicts in the tool and with the project managers
- Export the weekly reports for all projects and provide the reporting template to all projects
- Update the resource management database on a monthly level
- Engage and coach individual project managers and work stream leads to work with the Master Plan
- Ensure quality of all programs and fix any bugs in the programmed interfaces of all tools used
- Implement new functionality into the Master Plan by programming new modules for new sub phases and new projects
- Program and modify all interfaces between the back-end module and the reports generated based on required changes
- Program new reports for the Dashboard
Your skills:
- MS Project, Access, Powerpoint, Query, Sharepoint
- SQL (Intermediate)
- Visual Basic (Intermediate)
- Solid project management experience
- German is a plus
