Our client is currently looking for a Specialist (m/f) Cisco CCIE Collaboration
for a project in Eschborn.
- Evaluate and design UC mobile client solution (chat, audio, video) for Blackberry, IOS, Android based on IP transport by use of Cisco Jabber mobile client and 3rd party elements
- Present (PPT) and document (Word, Viso, Excel) the technical solutions
- Design & document migration / support in rollout cenarios
- Keep track of Cisco and market developments
- Support System Design Team in how to monitor and report all aspects of the service
- Support Service Design Team in how to integrate into the inlife service (config + incident handling)
- Define testcases for testing the mobile client solutions at customer prem
- Run testcases
- Write Enduser / Training documentation
- Handover to Service-Team for configuration and service
- Bilateral evolve and discuss with customer the bespoke Voice Drop & Blast platform / software development incl. interfaces to Cisco UC platform
- Define and update the 3rd party specification document (Word, Visio, Excel)
- Verify the technical aspects of the 3rd party contract and specification
- Verify and control the technical aspects of the 3rd party software design and development
- You have experience with Cisco CCNP/CCIE Collaboration or UC-CCIE experience
- UC Project experience
- Cisco UC design experience
- Cisco mobile client experience
- Fluent German is a Must Have
