We have hands on experience in windows 10, AD migration kind of project. A good infrastructure technical/functional resource.
- SME of the technology and the business process
- Serve as a single point of contact for the customer for all Technical queries related to the project
- Track, communicate and resolve queries
- Drives design and technical discussions with the customer
- Project manager skills to interact with customer counterparts and get quick resolution to clarifications/issues quickly
- Presents the face of offshore to onsite and customer effectively building trust on offshore activities and competencies (alleviating the time zone and cultural differences)
- Ensure smooth communication between onsite and offshore at task, clarification and issue level
- Trusted advisor on Microsoft Technologies
- Verify the Scope of Work and Project Schedule with Customer
- Setup Planning phase workshops with Application owner to plan Application Migration strategy.
- Onsite-Offshore Processes and Delivery Model knowledge
- Sign off on the Project Plan and Delivery Schedule from customer
- Work with the customer and offshore lead to establish proper connectivity for offshore work
- Review delivery templates and coordinate the customer sign off
- Verify the information/applications received from client before sharing with offshore
- Participate and contribute in project design workshops
- Inform and consult with Project manager about any scope or schedule changes
- Provide technical guidance during build phase
- Track, communicate and resolve queries with client
- Drive customer priorities and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate and Track UAT progress
- Assist in resolve issues identified during customer testing/UAT
- Ensure deliverables are appropriately signed off by customer (SharePoint or Email)
- Create and submit weekly status report to the project stake holders
- Provide daily task status to stakeholders
- Versed with working on CRM modules
This is an initial 3 month contract based in Germany. Hourly rate of £40 (all inclusive)
