*SENIOR BPM CONSULTANT - FRANKFURT, GERMANY - 6 MONTH + PROJECT - FLUENT GERMAN*
Senior BPM consultant required to work in Frankfurt, Germany on a 6 month+ contract. You must be able to speak fluent German.
Senior BPM consultant - webMethods job description:
- At least 10 years of experience in IT with 5+ years experience in webMethods suite of products
- At least 3 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
- At least 5 years' experience in webMethods suite of products (Integration, BPM, SOA and BAM)
- At least 2 years of experience in BPM projects in webMethods
- Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
- Proven ability to provide solution design on complex transformations and business validations as required by business
- Provided best fit architectural solutions for more than 2 webMethods/BPM projects. Hands on experience of minimum 2 years on webMethods BPM product suite including task engine.
- Experience in understanding the source and target systems to suggest the security details in implementation of solution. In depth knowledge of webMethods (SAG) stack of product technologies & alliance product landscape with related trends to create & implement an optimal technology solution.
- Knowledge of business processes within at least one Industry vertical, sub vertical to specify system requirements and assess impact of change requests.
- Organize, document and review work items scope from a technical view point and approach IN ORDER TO ensure completeness and consistency in scoping of project.
- Conduct workshops; understand the AS IS processes/Current System Study, identify high level process/system changes, arrive at process documents, process gaps, fit gap analysis, requirements/assessment documents that are agreeable to the customer.
- Analyze business requirements and review results to ensure application performance meets customer needs, Provide recommendations to tuning the application
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
