I am looking for an Interim Works Manager for a freelance Project in Sassnitz.Forourkeyclientofthewindenergysector, wearesearchingfor an Interim Works Manager tocoordinate all interimworksattheportduringtheinstallationphase. Yourresponsibilities will include:
- Report and Support the Logistics & Offshore Construction Manager
- Planning the offshore tasks of interim works technicians and coordinate the sail outs with CTV´s
- Compile operating instructions and set up documentation to track progress of works
- Collect requirements and support develop of trainings
- Setup a local network, support in warehousing tasks and ensure smooth daily business
- Conduct take-over quality checks of transition pieces and compile "snag lists"
- Support and supervise load outs in port
- Being offshore when tasks require
- Close liaison with the client reps in order to support from base port with the right measures
- Representing the client interests at on-and offshore sites
- Ensure the quality of work is conform to QA/QC and HSSE procedures
Requirements:
- At least five years' experience as site manager
- Experienced in offshore wind construction and logistics
- Deep knowledge about crew transfer and respective requirements
- Good understanding of QA/QC processes for foundation and WTG before handing over to installation
- Excellent skills of written and spoken German and English language
- Valid offshore survival & medical certificate, GWO or the willingness to obtain those on own costs
- Strong identification with Health, Safety, Security and Environment
