Lead consultant within area of IT Service Management Tools
Identify and implement further logical & phisical separation of HP Service Management tools,
if necessary to achieve legal compliance regarding the EBS split. Knowledge of the
following tools Experience in HPE related Tools like ESL (Enterprise System List), Asset Management/Online access to HP IT Asset Management tool, HPSM (Service Manager), HP Operations Manager, DDMI, HPSA, BSM/BPM E2E transaction monitoring, Aries/Aldea, HP Propel Request Management, Catalogue Management, Enterprise Service Portal, CDC, CDS, UCMDB, CoGOS, Autosync , eBI reporting, Tufin, SAP Logon.ini, Saphir. Leading project alignment procedures (= Impact analysis
project results with operational environment).
Coordinating Service Enabling tasks (= hand over activities of project results to production).
Assure and adopt IT operational handbooks, design operational concepts.
Fach-Skills
Solid experience in working together with HPE.
