Scrum Masters to join a great project in Berlin
We are looking for proactive Scrum masters with wide experience and willingness to work hard and guide a team based in Berlin. The team is formed of international people therefore English is requiered though German would be a plus. Initially, the contract would last 6 months but if the work has been outstanding and no major problems have occured, the contract would be extended.
This role requieres the following:
Duties
- Taking a coaching voice as an Agile coach, but also switching into ScrumMaster mode, depending on the experience of your team.
- Lead and coach your team(s) and/or individuals in relation to the Agile framework and tools which are appropriate for the team.
- Facilitate the framework specific, and any other necessary ad hoc meetings.
- Support your Product Owner with planning and the Roadmap, as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients across all levels.
- Help expose and facilitate removal of risks, issues, dependencies, impediments and blockers.
What we need
- Strong and proven Agile delivery experience; working as a scrum master with software engineering teams, product managers and designers to increase efficiency of approach and output.
- Skill at managing multiple stakeholders from all levels of the business.
- Comfortable challenging the team when needed.
- Understanding of the complexities of change management.
- Understanding of Agile software development and testing practices.
- Take pride and ownership in your work.
- Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills and practices.
- You're a cultural hacker; you're passionate about creating a fun and motivating environment.
- Motivated by helping people to optimise their performance and strive for self-improvement
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
