Business Analyst - Financial Services - Germany
My client a leading financial services organisation based in Germany is currently recruiting for business analyst with specific Kronos skills.
Key responsibilities/Experience
- 2-3 Years configuration experience with Kronos WorkForce Timekeeper.
- 2+ years Kronos implementation experience.
- Experience with Kronos interfaces and custom reports development.
- Experience with Kronos requirements & configuration.
- Work with vendor to configure Kronos application and to support the organisations policies and regulatory requirements ensuring that the approach is consistent with the organisations Kronos development standards.
- Work with business to develop report specifications and approve Kronos proposed report design ensuring consistency with established standards; validate that reports meet specifications prior to end user acceptance testing.
- Support testing activities, reviewing test scripts.
- Provide bubble support for implementations and transfer knowledge to ongoing Kronos support resources, ensuring that documentation is current and accurate.
