For our client based in Frankfurt am Main area, we are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f) Agile Lead.
Aufgaben:
- The ideal candidate for this role is a hardened SCRUM master with a proven record of delivery in the areas of agile introduction and delivery. He/she will coach rookies while establishing and maintaining the lead in three delivery teams.
- He/she will be responsible for adoption of necessary processes and delivery of the PoC (from a methodology perspective) within the client organisation.
Skills:
Functional Experience with
- acquainting ‘waterfall’ organisations to agile methodology
- training staff members to take up their respective roles in delivery teams
- coaching/mentoring unexperienced SCRUM masters from within the client organisation
- complex delivery in (partially) oversized teams (to delivery end-to-end stories in a PoC) context
- delivering projects in heterogeneous environments Particular areas of expertise
- Agile delivery
- User story lifecycles
- Sprint setup and lead
- Software development and testing
- Experience with financial industry
Technical
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite
- Experiences with agile project methodologies and tools
- JIRA

- BITBUCKET (STASH)
- Solid experience working in a cross-functional development team
Preferred skills
- Agile deliver of projects
- modern CRM platforms
- SAP module stacks
- HADOOP-stack enterprise data hubs
- Experience with test preparation and execution in the aforementioned areas

- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling training, coaching and mentoring
- Strong but balanced personality, paired with an ability to pick up things quickly
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills - focused and effective in problem solving
- Language: English, preferred German
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end software implementation projects
