Process Consultant | Wolfsburg | 6 months | BI, Project Management, Infrastructure
Square One are currently looking for an experienced Process Consultant for an initial 6 Month Contract based out of Wolfsburg.
As a ProcessConsultant, you will work with AMS (application maintenance support) team in setting up and improvising ITIL processes for BI maintenance projects. Responsible for ITIL processes and Service delivery based on ITIL.
- 10+ years of experience in the areas of Process consulting, Project management and Infrastructure Operations
- Experience in Stakeholder Management, Project Management of large, complex engagements.
- Implementation and management of ITIL based Service Management programs with multiple ITSM capabilities (technology and processes) across multi-vendor environments
- ITIL/ITSM/Best Practices Consulting experience
- Experience in Service Transition, Service Level Management.
- Experience in Service Integration, Business Analysis, Costing, Budgeting, Vendor management, Service Level Management.
- Experience in Contract compliance, Governance and Audit.

- ITIL V3 export level certification
- Experience in globalization of applications
- Good to have experience with the agile/scrum teams
