TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen SharePoint Consultant (m/w) für die Dauer von 6 Personentagen.
Anforderungen:
- Train Customers Stuff
History Issue Fix for Multiline fields with history on to avoid they are empty after update of record
- Verify integration of Sharepoint Designer and Infopath is working properly
Workflows:
- Implement granular approval and notification workflows
- Implement automatic workflows for setting conditions based on today’s date
- Implement automatic aggregation of records in to one record
- Review and new approach for permissions on sharepoint
- limit the number or groups for granular permissioning
- implement a record level security with automation (workflows)
- implement permissions on history
- Improve the look and feel of the Masks for List editing
- remove fields where no updates are allowed
- help to implement the ME views (for the person just logged in)
- allow certain settings only based on certain other fields
- add complex charts to the sharepoint
Skill:
- Strong knowledge of office 2010, Sharepoint
- Designer and Infopath as well as SharePoint 2013 to include, site
- actions, site permissions, page site layouts and design, web part creation and page insertion.
- Familiar with SharePoint administration and SharePoint Design to include approval and
standard workflows.
- Knowledge of InfoPath web forms, creation, validation, formatting and form actions.
- Familiarity with jQuery or JavaScript client-side processing.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and communicate effectively verbally and in writing with peers,
customers, and supervisors.
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is
preferred
- Additional certification is a plus
Verlauf:
- 1 day consultancy
- 2 weeks break (for fixing technical and permission issues identified)
- 2 days consulting for starting the major work
- 1 week break

This Contractor Statement of Work shall enter into force
on December 2016 (“Effective Date”) as set forth below
and shall remain in effect until the 6 days have been
spent, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the
terms of the Agreement.
