For one of our top clients in the area of Dresden we are currently looking for a Second Level Support (m/f) Dynamics AX with strong finance skils (remote).
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Independent technical support of the internal, central ERP systems, including the B2B interfaces in the 2nd level support for the Group-wide internal customers, primarily for financial accounting and project management
- Analysis and documentation of found errors
- Planning and conducting tests of existing and new functionalities or modules based on created documents
- Creation of test plans with definition of test targets
- Creation of test concepts, test specifications, test plans and evaluation of the test protocols
- Go-Live support for the worldwide rollout of the ERP system
- Experience in the introduction and application of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0)
- Extensive knowledge of double entry accounting
- Knowledge in systematic testing
- good English skills
