TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden in München suchen wir zum 01.12.2016 einen Testing/ QA Manager (m/w) für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 5 Monaten.
Aufgabe:
We are looking for an experienced Testing/QA Manager who is able to setup and run end-to-end Testing/QA processes for digital product developments projects.
The products are developed on a cloud based platform using latest Web, App and Data Technologies (IOT devices)
- set up the end-to-end testing and QA process reflecting the architecture of the solution (UAT down to UnitTests)
- setup required operative measures concerning release management, deployment and application monitoring
- Plan automated test cycles, integrate into overall testing cycles
- Ensure success of continuous integration and quality control through automation
- Work with Product Owner / Co-Product Owners, Technical Architects and Development Team to understand functional and technical requirements

Fach-Skills:
- At least 5 year’s experience as Test Manager in agile environment
- Experience in leading a team of tester
- experience with DevOps
- experience with distributed architectures and teams
- Understanding of testing concepts and experience with testing tools and testing styles such as: unit testing, automated testing, continuous integration, NFR testing, Load and performance testing
- Familiarity with common user-centric testing practice as contextual Inquiry or lead user test. (Example set of tools JIRA + plugins (Zephyr), Gitlab, Jenkins), SonarQube)
- Ability to understand business value requirements and acceptance criteria and translate them into test objectives.
