Wir suchen einen Software Project Lead E-Mobility (Charging) m/w in Mannheim:Tasks:
Software project management for Primove automotive inductive charging and its sub-products which consists of model based inhouse
application software (SWC), outsourced Autosar basic software, model based software testing
Planning & tracking of Primove inductive charging software activities for an automotive OEM over the product life cycle
Regular planning, status, and review meetings with internal team, OEM, Tier 2 suppliers
Definition of functional rollout plan. Examples of inductive charging functions: power electronic controls, bi-direction wireless
communication via WLAN, vehicle positioning system, integration of metal detector, vehicle interface
Tracking, maintaining and reporting the implementation progress according to the software project plan
Support software processes definition related to SPICE level 1 and 2 and support tool introduction
Change management of Primove software product development
Interaction with System-Engineers, Software-Architect, Algorithm Design & Software Test Engineers, Software-Integration
Engineer, Project Managers, Primove Software department head, hardware & test team, etc.
Skills:
Successfully completed engineering degree in electrical, control or software engineering or similar
Ability to lead an international software developing team (organizational, technical)
Execution of serveral Software Project Management jobs of a complete automotive product life cycle
Knowledge of automotive embedded systems
Knowledge of software tools and processes, e.g. model based software development: Simulink, TargetLink, SystemDesk, Autosar,
C, IBM rational tool chain, SPICE
Ability of systems thinking and structured approach
Planning and organizational skills
Extroverts, but targeted communication skills as well as teamwork and the ability to convince by arguments
Commitment and initiative
Background in E-Mobility
At least 7 years automotive experience
Very good English & German skills spoken and written
