The client is a well know technology company that is currently working on a brand new automotive project. They are a tier 1 supplier and they work with some of the best automotive companies in the world.
Tasks:
- The CM Engineer will own and support the CM-Process in several automotive development projects under control of our internal global CM-Manager
- Create/maintain the CM-Plan thus identifying the CM-items (Workproducts/Process Outcomes of our ASPICE/Fusa based development processes)
- Establishing and maintaining CM-items including clean-up of configuration items at beginning of project, maintaining integrity, releasing baselines
- Set-up the CM-system for new projects on version control tool (SVN)
- Set-up the traceability plan and tool, performing traceability gap analysis and problem solution with development teams and tool providers for several projects
- Creation and improvement of process descriptions (guidelines, templates, checklists) and training materials and performing of trainings for project members
- Performance of configuration audits for project phases to assure process compliance and identifying and coordinating the needed improvement activities
General
- Main location is Neumünster but with possibility to support on-site at other locations LEO and SEO on project demand business trip based..
- We prefer candidates with education, knowledge and experiences fitting to job, and several years of experiences on job in automotive projects.
- Person should have strong attitude and passion for success, excellent communication skills, speak/write good and well-understandable English

Profile:
- Bachelor/Master in Informatics/Computer Engineering
- Own SW-development experiences (Embedded/tools)
- Experiences as Configuration Management Engineer
- Good knowledge of ASPICE Development Processes
