For our client located in Dusseldorf we are currently looking for a hands-on Business Change Manager.

Tasks:
Build Process Management Framework
- Define a process management framework (method, governance, tool) to replace the current IT Legacy frameworks
- Develop a plan for the transformation and migration of existing processes into the new platform
- Manage interfaces and dependencies between the business Process Design team and the other process management teams
- Deliver the initial part of the migration on key selected pilots
- Maintain and update the current Process Repository of the client
Develop Business Process Design toolkit
- Develop the Business Design toolkit (eg the DAB assessment tool, various matrixes like process to org chart, process to product, process to location)
- Develop and maintain SharePoint and knowledge management framework
- Support development of the DAB assessment framework into 2017
- Support in building and maintaining the Process Design KPI dashboard
Perform Process Analyst
- Support projects in documentation and analysis of processes
Required Skills
- Experienced in developing and implementing process management frameworks for large organizations
- Experienced and knowledgeable about the energy industry
- Ability to visualize and structure concepts tailored to the audience
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experienced in working with ARIS and Symbio tools
- Pro-active, self-motivated and open-minded personality
- Fast in getting to understand a new organization and in establishing connections with stakeholders
- Fluent in English
