For our customers in the insurance environment we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (m/f) with SAP-Know-HowTasks:
Liaise with internal business departments (HR department) to gain an understanding of HR data governance and processes
Gather business requirements for additional functionality and interfaces of HCM System
Translate and document requirements (technical specifications) from business for developers and other stakeholders
Manage external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of products and services required by business clients (Application Management, Hosting and Infrastructure)
Tracking that service quality delivered by vendors is acceptable and follow up with prompt action/measures with provider should quality be under-par
Trouble shoot on connectivity, server set-up, performance
Skills:
Fluency in English is a must-have!
Profound Business analysis experience in IT projects, including but not limited to requirement analysis, solution proposal and delivery of associated documentations
HR data knowledge
Knowledge in SAP HCM (PA, OM, ...)
Knowledge in SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects
Knowledge in SAP Fiori
Knowledge in SAP HR Renewal
