We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Technical Lead
The BI Technical Lead will be responsible for managing the day to day efforts making sure:
That information and knowledge is shared among the developers
That resources not performing as expected get training or are phased out to perform other duties
To tutor resources that need to develop
To Set and make sure that development standards are met
To Perform quality reviews of the work performed by resources in your focus area
To guide developers in how to write high performing code on Teradata platforms
That the Right resources are assigned to the scrum teams
As a Technical Lead you will also participate in planning new development efforts, assisting the requirement manager and the department manager making sure that the client always have the best team performing as good as possible.
You as an individual should have
5 to 10 years experience from a scrum team oriented development effort focusing on Teradata.
Be accustomed to working in a multi cultural environment with resources sitting at different locations.
Have experience from near- and off-shoring
Have experience from large development efforts in the DWH area using Teradata
Have background as a database developer. It is a requirement that you know the "trade"
Have experience from using PowerCenter (preferably from a development point of view)
Managing/resourcing multiple teams
English communication skills should be excellent verbal and written.
