For our client, the world's largest Social Network company we are looking for a Start-Up Program Manager on a full time basis (f/m)
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 11 Months temporary on a permanent basis
Location: Berlin
Description and Tasks:
*We are currently seeking a motivated Program Manager who is passionate about the way client can work with businesses, startups, and developers to build a variety of valuable product experiences for people.
*The Product Partnerships team at our client is responsible for establishing strategic relationships and building out global programs for key partners and start-ups. As a Program Manager you will be responsible for working with some of Germany's most exciting technology start-ups, non-profits and entrepreneurs; as well as with our clients world-class product and engineering teams
*In addition to those teams, you will work cross-functionally with the Policy, Legal, Marketing and the Operations teams to optimize new capabilities, improve user experience, and make the Germany Start-up community successful.
*Manage multiple complex project deliverables for multiple internal and external stakeholders.
*Provide guidance to start-ups and entrepreneurs in defining, analysing, and measuring of their business problems.
Your Skills:
*3-5 years of experience in working with startups, entrepreneurs, and developers.
*Preferably a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
*Strong strategic and creative thinker.
*Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
Languages:
- Written and spoken German and English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in both languages
