Site Coordinator - Defect - TTWOS - Nokia - Ericsson - Huawei - RAN - Mobile Networks
- Must Speak German
- Meetings with Partner and customer on process defined meetings and escalations
- Partner engagement to make sure partner are delivering accordingly, by weekly meetings F2F
- Monitoring status Milestones in customer databases
- Deliver on time and quality, by tracking all milestones and synchronize the reporting with defined partner and customers
- Coordination and execution of the work towards defined partners
- Internal alignment with all client departments involved
- Process delivery according to WLA, Process Flow and KPI's
- TTWOS (Remedy BMC) very good tool knowledge, experience in ticketing process
- Saperion ( archiving post-incident documentation), good knowledge of archiving tool
- PPLUS ( data base with Mile Stones, dates), good knowledge of archiving tool
- MS Office practical knowledge, Excel reporting, formulas
- Very Good German language skills ( written & Spoken)
