Aufgabe:SAP knowledge with focus on CRM, experience in service processes ideally in MRT market Task description:
- Quality Assurance on behalf of customer in the role of Application Manager for SAP CRM service application
- Identifying the gaps in Solution Design, built by the rollout provider (MHP)
- Solution Assessment as to mobile process downstream
- Leadership position in a multi-vendor project
- Securing implementation quality on behalf of tk Elevator
- Participating in regular meeting on management level Skill requirements
Anforderung:
- Strong process knowledge in SAP CRM
- Project experience in service process implementation of SAP CRM
- Very good business English knowledge required
- Experience in leading of teams and rollout projects will be an advantage
