Business Analyst - Insurance (German)
Business Analyst - Insurance, German speaking, is urgently needed for a long-term project in Düsseldorf, Germany. The Bussiness Analyst will Survey and matching the requirements of the specialist areas to the policy management system for life and accident 'insurance'
Analysis of requirements, development of detailed technical and implementation concepts (IT concepts)
Skill set:
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, insurance, (economic) mathematics or comparable qualification and/or completed IT or insurance-related vocational training with corresponding professional experience
- Profound professional experience and deepened methodological knowledge as an IT designer/business analyst for a life insurer - ideally in policy management
- Detailed knowledge of the typical processes and business transactions, as well as the IT application landscape of a life insurer
- IT understanding and project experience (as (partial) project manager and/or project collaborator)
- Knowledge of business process and Datamodelling
- Very good application knowledge of the MS Office package
- Good knowledge of English in spoken and written (communication with specialist areas in German, IT application development area mixed-speaking teams (German/English)
- Enjoying conceptual work and complex questions
- Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, result orientation and high decision-making ability
- Self-responsible work with a pronounced willingness to learn and change
- Sovereign and convincing appearance, communication and moderation competency, assertiveness and strong teamwork
- Design and implementation of tests for changes to the policy management system for life and accident insurance
- Implementation of functional and technical clarifications and close cooperation with (internal) clients, departments, project teams and IT application development in all phases of the software development process.
- Cooperation in projects, taking over (sub) project management.
