On behalf of our major global Customer RED is now searching for an IT Coordinator for a short term contract position based in Munich, starting ASAP (mid-November). The position will be responsible for updating certain documents, which will require extensive communication with IT management & staff from different countries around the world.Tasks will include identifying & approaching relevant parties, scheduling conference calls, proactively following up with different people to ensure that deadlines are met, and quickly escalating any issues.
The successful candidate must be well organised, with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, a proactive approach and must not be afraid to be assertive in order to ensure that results are achieved.
Additionally the successful candidate must have strong Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP functionalities) and a broad understanding of IT; i.e. familiar with IT terminology and different hardware and software packages. Experience in an IT coordination role would be very beneficial.
This is a 2 month contract position, 5 days per week, starting around mid-November and based in Munich.
English language skills are a must, and German is very nice to have.
