Next Ventures are currently looking for a German speaking SAP PP Consultant for a 3 month project in Mannheim.
a. Comprehensive knowledge & experience in implementation of SAP-R3 (PP Module) for production operations Planning, In-process Inspection,
b. SAP exposure Demand Management, MRP and MPS, Production Control, Capacity Planning, Repetitive Mfg., Logistics Information systems (LIS), Shop-Floor Information systems, Variant Configuration, Serial number.
c. Integration with MM/QM/SD/FI and CO modules
d. Master Data knowledge of: Material Master (MRP Type, Procurement Type, Schedule Margin Key, Planning Strategy, Availability Check, Lot Size), BOM etc.
e. Extensive experience of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) at plant and MRP controller Level. Customization of MRP groups, scheduling margin key, MRP types, Work Centre (Std Value Key, Control Key, Capacity, Scheduling and Work Centre Formulas)
f. Understanding business process and preparing Bill of Material through BOM usage and Item Category. Setting up Bill of Materials, Single/Multi Level BOM, BOM Group and assignment to different plants
