Task:Responsible for:
- Incident Management (Incident Investigation & Diagnosis / Resolution and Recovery / Incident Closure)
- Problem Management (Problem Initiation / Problem Ownership / Root Cause Owner / Problem Analysis)
- Change Management (Change Implementation)
- Network / Network Security or CI Ownership
- Daily IT Operations
Requirements (Must have):
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience within Messaging and Collaboration Operations, and Exchange services support, operational monitoring and/or end user support
- Excellent understanding of ITSMITIL processes, preferably ITIL trained
Messaging and Collaboration - Technical Skills Specifically required:
- The operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the installed Messaging and Collaboration Infrastructure
- Build, install, configure and maintain MS Exchange, Blackberry, Symantec Enterprise Vault, AS/AV Messaging products
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution of the entire Messaging & Collaboration Infrastructure
- Documentation and automation of recurring tasks
- Participate in Business Continuation / Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing
- Advanced technical knowledge of MS Exchange, Blackberry, Symantec Enterprise Vault, TrendMicro IMSVA, Proofpopint Sentrion, Symantec PGP, Hypersoft, Clearwell
- Advanced experience with different MS Operating Systems (Windows Server 2008 & 2012)
- Advanced experience with different Linux Operating Systems Windows
Technical Skills Specifically required.
- Formal IT qualifications (MCP, MCSE)

- Good working knowledge of Wintel platforms, and Networking Infrastructure (Workgroup, Domain, PDC/BDC,, DNS, WINS, DHCP)
- Experienced in MS Clustering, backup operations, Middleware applications (Terminal Services, Citrix, RDBM (Oracle, MS SQL), Web servers (Apache, IIS) and Messaging (Exchange, Lotus Notes)
- Familiarity with External Disk Arrays, RAID
- Good Broad networking knowledge
