Proteus Europe is searching for a Requirements Manager with experience in the Automotive or Infotainment industry for a 3 month contract. You will need to speak good German for this role.
Our Client:-
The client is a leading Global Supplier of Acoustic and Communication Technology to their customers in the Automotive Industry especially in the field of Automotive Sound and Infotainment Solutions.
Your New role:-
The Requirements Manager is responsible for supplying the relevant requirements to the architects and the developers.
- is contact for the client in all matters regarding customer requirements and change requests
- receives customer requirements specifications (CRS) and change requests (CR) in all possible formats (by word, written documents, database exports) and by different transfer means; uses document distribution systems of the client if provided or required. Transforms received requirements documents in a per-requirement accessible form if necessary
- stores and organizes the customer requirements and change requests in the suppliers versioned storage system for easy access (eg DOORS database or Polarion)
- maintains baselines and version information for all documents, and links change requests to requirements and requirement documents
- evaluates or instructs topic specialists to evaluate customer requirements and change requests; feeds the results into the requirement/change request process for change control board (CCB) decision
- returns evaluation results back to the client for solicitation
- generates or supervises the generation of the system requirements specification (aka target requirements specification, TS) from customer requirements specification baseline and additional supplier specific requirement documents
- controls or supervises the linking between system requirement specification and customer requirements specification
- refines the requirements management processes and develops or optimizes the workflow and tool usage
Your Skills and experience:-
Essential Skills-
The Requirements Manager has to have analytical and conceptional thinking.
He has to have knowledge pertaining the requirements management processes and workflow.
He has to have in-depth process and process development (SPICE, CMMI, HIS, ) knowledge.
He must understand and be able to produce specification documents using UML, MSC, requirements templates, etc.
He has to have product development workflow knowledge.
He has to have repository management skills for requirements, documents and code.
He must be familiar with standard office tools as well as development life cycle tools like Polarion, DOORS, SVN.
He has to have excellent communication skills;
He must be business fluent in both German and English language.
