Beschreibung
We are looking for a Project Manager in Brasil/Sao Paolo- Strong experience in project work. Needs to be able to work together in an international project and coordinate for the LATAM countries the roll out and alignment with the different central teams.
- There are 2 main projects runing in parallel which have dependencies, therefore it would be good if in one area there is more knowledge available.
1. SAP (End to end process roll out) Roll out in the countries. There is the main activity coordination of the local tasks and requirements gathering with the countries. Align and coordinate test and training. Support the migration and the go live. SAP knowledge would be good, also to bring beside the project team additional knowledge.
2. Establishing of a Finacne Hub (Shared Service Center). Together with the roll out a Finance Hub gets set up. It would be good if also some knowledge of setting up a SSC would be availbale.
Requirements:
- Good finance process knowledge of end to end processes (order to cash OtC, PtP, RtR)
- Strong project management skills to coordinate the local roll out team and gets the alignment between the differnet team
- Good communcation skills in English and in one of the local languages (portuges and / or spanish)
- Experience in executing a big international project / programm with sevaral subprojeccts
- PMO knowledge (status reporting, eskalation, decision preparation, risk management, project plan ...)
