Desktop OnSite/Remote Support at Campus Bonn for Global VIPs/HO User.
• Prominent competency in dealing with demanding customers
• Client administration
• Installation GPWS (D-Box)
• Handing over hardware
• Installation of peripheral equipment
• Test of new technology
• Error diagnostic and –fixing in operation systems (Win7, Win8, Win10) and standard software (Office , …)
• Error diagnostic and –fixing hardware defect
• Release of updates
• Installation and support of all services
• Installation and support cVPN / xcVPN
• Backup & Recovery (DRUVA)
• Installation and support PKI certificate
• User support (german + english)
• VIP-Support/HO Support
• IT-Environment consulting
• Desktopmanagement
• Support Video Conference (BT, Lync, SfB, Telepresence)
• Support of network administration (local bugfixing)
• Support of domain administration (local bugfixing)
• Installation and configuration of additional software and support (technology) in projects
• Sharepoint
• Documentation
Requirements (Must have):
Expert: Win7, Win8 and Win10 support
Expert: Standard and customer-related client application support
Expert: Mobile devices (Blackberry, Smartphones, Tablet) in conjunction with GES mail accounts (BB10, Good Dynamics)
Advanced: Technical skills related to PC and Notebook/Laptop hardware
• Language Expert: English, German, Czech
Environment/Miscellaneous:
Mandatory: onsite presence at customer location in Bonn
Efforts in MDs: 60 days
