For a client, a tier-1 supplier in the automotive industry, we are currently hiring a Software Engineer Embedded (m/f).
Location: Stuttgart Area
Employment model: Permanent position with Nash direct GmbH/Harvey Nash Group
Duration: 12 Months with possible further extension of the contract period or transfer to a permanent position.
Task description:
Conception and design of Embedded software
Creation and expansion of an innovative automotive product (create mock-ups, work with new components) in an environment of R&D working with high safety requirements
Analysis of software architectures, diagnostic
Analysis of customer requirements, communication with customers and suppliers
Your profile:
Degree in Informatics or related/very strong experience with Embedded software development
More than 3 years experience developing Embedded software for the automotive sector
Excellent knowledge of Embedded C programming
Very good knowledge of Bus Systems (CAN/LIN/Flexray) and related tools
Experience with ISO 26262 and ASIL requirements
Strongly desired: knowledge of components related to steering wheel
Experience with microcontrollers (16-32 bit)
Experience with tools like CANoe, WinIDE, DIVA, CANdela, Da Vinci
Diagnosis: ODX/XCP
MISRA/QAC
Ideally experience with simulation (MATLAB Simulink)
