Experis IT Switzerland, a leading Swiss IT company is currently on the search for an IT Project and Application Manager to join one of their clients, a global and well renowned pharmaceutical company based in Mannheim.
For this temporary assignment planned to start in October until the end of the year with the opportunity of an extension, we are in search of an English and German speaking candidate.

Project background:
You as a key team member in the exciting global project called "Travel and Expense Management" will manage roll-outs and support the SAP based Travel Management solution interacting as an IT Project Manager globally.
Performing in this role you as an IT Project & Application Manager will have following tasks & responsibilities:
- Work alongside Business specialists from Finance and HR to analyze the requirements
- Design system solutions within IT team to support the new processes
- Implement and configure the agreed solutions
- Be responsible for support and optimization of that solution
- Work with an international team (eg Germany, Poland, Singapore & United States)
Your profile:
- Senior Project Manager with over 3 years' experience in HR SAP (HCM) travel Expenses customization
- Extensive knowledge in SAP HR especially in the core modules of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management and in connecting Finance systems via ALE
- Strong experience with SAP Travel
- Good understanding of functional aspects of HR and Finance and the respective business processes
- Experience with payment and posting processes within SAP HCM
- Basis Knowledge of SAP Payroll
- Experience with Credit Card Integration within SAP plus knowledge with online booking tool interfaces (eg Cytric and Get There)
- Experience with Archiving of travel documents with Open Text
- Understanding of ABAP programming, Webdynpro ABAP and Smartforms/HR form skills such as transport/change management
- Experience with UI5 development
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with business customers and IT specialist
- Great team player within a global work environment
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
