Job Description:
Good understanding of Automotive domain
Good understanding of any one ERP. Preferably SAP ECC
Hands on experience on GE Proficy tool (Cimplicity, Tracker, PfMD)
Lead GE Proficy based solution deployment on mentioned modules.
Certify, verify environments for solution deployment
Understands design and propose improvements, if any
MES solution commissioning & support in GE Proficy product suite
Risk mitigation & issue resolution
Multi stakeholder management
Reporting daily status to key stakeholders
Good to have understanding of GE Predix Platform
Should have worked at least in the Lead Consultant role for 7 to 10 years
Front end engagement with techno-functional teams
End -to-end ownership of Requirement Gathering & Blueprinting processes
Good understanding of Middleware for integration with ERP and Controls Layer
Assist and guiding teams on design and identifying Use Case level understanding
Verification solution developed and helping teams for corrections/modifications
Assistance on solution deployment and commissioning
Understand and review the current designed architecture
Review of solution and tests sign-offs
Deployment of Solution and SIT and UAT
Documentation - Design documents, HLDs, Use Cases.
PRIMARY SKILLSET
GE Proficy - Cimplicity, Tracker, PFMD, Historian, Open Enterprise,
Nice to have - Workflow and Plant Apps
Automotive domain MES Knowledge
Understanding of PLC, OPC Servers, SCADA Systems
Basic RDBMS Skills (Mainly SQL Server-Writing SQL queries, stored procedures etc.)
Technical Skills (Desirable)
Microsoft .NET - VB.Net,C#.Net
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
