Stellenbeschreibung:
â?¢ Understand and document business/ functional needs around time entry and schedulingâ?¢ Work with vendor to configure Kronos application and to support BP policies and regulatory requirements ensuring that the approach is consistent with customer'ss Kronos development standards â?¢ Work with other applications to develop requirements for interfaces between Kronos and those other applications. Partner with Kronos to design these interfaces so that they are consistent with customer standards. Coordinate testing of interfaces with other applications and validate that interfaces meet specificationsâ?¢ Work with business to develop report specifications and approve Kronos proposed report design ensuring consistency with established standards; validate that reports meet specifications prior to end user acceptance testingâ?¢ Support testing activities, reviewing test scriptsâ?¢ Provide bubble support for implementations and transfer knowledge to ongoing Kronos support resources

Erforderlich:
â?¢ A minimum of 5 years in Information Technology positionâ?¢ Kronos Workforce Payroll specific skills- 2-3 Years configuration experience with Kronos WorkForce Timekeeper -2+ years Kronos implementation experience -Experience with Kronos interfaces and custom reports development -Experience with Kronos requirements & configurationâ?¢ Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillâ?¢ Strong capability to adapt to the changing environment â?¢ Excellent oral and written communication skillsâ?¢ Expertise in leading the requirements definition processâ?¢ Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent German Native required
