Customer is an IT service provider specialized on the finance and insurance industry. They already use IBM BPM to manage, automate and improve different processes around accounting, customer communication (B2B) and documentation governance. Therefore different backend systems (e.g. a DMS and SAP) are connected through an ESB (Microsoft BizTalk). Customer plans to use IBM BPM as a strategic tool to manage, coordinate and automate their core processes that target the provision of IT environments. The work they expect us to do is the support the whole lifecycle of the IBM BPM processes including the following tasks: - identify implementation candidates - conduct discovery workshops - develop solution architectures - lead development team - support development team in finding solutions to problems - coach team members - specify interfaces with the ESB and other backend systems - prepare and ensure the operation - consult the project management to follow best practices for BPM projects - define patterns for the development
