We are looking for exceptional Freelance Data Engineers for a short term project. Are you a Freelance Data Engineer who is looking for a challenging opportunity? This established company are looking for people who want to stay ahead of the curve and work within an innovative market. As a Data Engineer you have the chance to develop and implement your own ideas, therefore putting your own stamp on the direction the company move in with data. This is a brand new project so you would be required to get your hands dirty, and you will get to work with an elite international team. Your role - As a Data Engineer you will be responsible for building a platform to allow the running of machine learning models at scale, you will be collecting & combining data from various data sources, as well as helping Data Scientists where needed. About you - 5+ years of experience as Data Engineer or as a Backend Developer Solid expertise in a least one programming language (no preference) Solid SQL and data management knowledge Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Redshift) Must have experience working within a Hadoop eco system Knowledge of Kafka & Splunk. Experience with AWS Bonuses: Experience in both the design and building of complex data pipelines. Knowledge of Python data science stack. Knowledge of Machine Learning Experience with DevOps would be ideal.
