- Proven experience with SMTP protocoland Java.
- Expert knowledge on open source and commercial implementations of Sendmail
- Sentrion appliances and Mail Stream Manager policy engine
- Proofpoint anti-spam appliances
- Working knowledge of Knowledge base tools
- Creation and maintenance of Knowledge based articles
- Maintenance of support portal and support
- Domain name service, specifically ISC bind
- Proven experinece with Cyrus IMAP
- Proven experience with OpenLDAP
- Working knowledge on PKI, TLS/SSL Certificate managementSMIME based email encryption and familiarity with Totemo appliances
- Working knowledge on OpenSSL tool kit for Unix/Linux
- Proven experience with Unix/Linux Operating Systems (SuSE Linux, CentOS and Solaris preferred)
- Proven experience with Unix TCP/IP Networking
- Mailman open source list manager
- MindAlign or similar group chat tools
- Proven experience with Unix Scripting languages (Perl, Shell, Python)
- Good experience of PostgreSQL
