For our client, a leading European commercial bank in Frankfurt, we are currently hiring a:
System expert - Directory Services & Antivirus Services (f/m)

Starting date: 15 October 2016
Length of the contract: 18 months with possibility of extension
Task description:
*Support during life cycle of technical services (Directory and Antivirus), in specifications, integration, test, acceptance and deployment stages, focusing of aspects related to system and application integration with Directory Services
*Evaluate and execute changes and service requests according to provided operating procedures while maintaining agreed service levels and deadlines
*Contribute to the deployment of services in production by advising on the production impact of planned changes, assisting Data Centre Operations in the roll-out and post implementation
*Deploy, configure systems and environments, to integrate services according to the system design and network policies (zoning concept)
*Document installation and operational procedures for further deployments in Data Centre Operations
*Support end-users during pilot phase for introduction of new services
*Plan, prepare and document of maintenance activities such as hardware firmware, and software upgrades
*Support design and preparation of recovery and contingency exercises to ensure system recovery in accordance with the predefined plans and documentation
Your profile:
*Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information system security, or related disciplines
*Experience in mixed operating system and database environments, including Windows, ESX, Unix, Linux, MS SQL, Oracle, managing technical service transition, creation and maintenance of related documentation on MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
*Experience on the installation, configuration and maintenance of Active Directory's features and options for Directory Services, as well as in migration and upgrades between different versions: Active Directory (2008 R2/2012 R2) installation, administration and troubleshooting; Scripting in Powershell, Group Policy Object modelling, permission delegation, DNS, trust relationships
*Experience in Antivirus software deployments and upgrades
*Experience on Windows Server platform for virtual and physical environments for installation, administration and troubleshooting, including central management, monitoring, identifying any need for preventive or remedial maintenance actions
*Experience working with ITIL processes, particularly change, incident and problem management
