Beschreibung

Support Service for NonSAP Client-Server Application ins Rhein-Main Gebiet

wir suchen ab Oktober einen Berater, der operative Aufgaben im Non-SAP Umfeld übernehmen kann.

Zur allgemeinen Team Unterstützung/Verstärkung

Tasks, e.g.
Provide global support service for NonSAP Client-Server Application to users via email and phone based on clients methodologies, standard and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for standard applications and clients specific developments.
co-ordinate with 3rd party providers
Write and maintain Help Desk documentation within the clients IT Service Management System, document resolutions for future reference (known error)
Conduct testing of application changes, prepare test data and document test results.
Support in the development of training materials



Area of NonSAP application services:
Knowhow in Client server technologies,
Configuration and Monitoring of IIS, TOMCAT, JBOSS or other technologies
Knowhow in RDBMS administration ? ORACLE, SQL-Server, MySQL
Knowhow in software installations on Client-PCs
Experience in Scanning and OCR technologies
Basics know how in Active Directory functionalities
Experience in Scripting and PHP developments



Specific Product know how is appreciated in
Administration of Readsoft application
Administration of Oracle-WebCenter application
Administration of HP-Quality Center
Job requirements
Minimum 4 years? relevant working experience
In-depth knowledge of at least three of the services
Basic knowledge of ITIL best practices (IT infrastructure library)
