Beschreibung

For our client in the Telecommunication industry we are currently looking for a NGTV Director/Programme Manager

Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 Month Roll-over (extension possible)
Location: Germany - Darmstadt
Language: English, German (N2H)

Daily Business:

The PD is the project CEO and is responsible for attaining project objectives.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Supporter for Winning the contract: responsible for the whole process operation management of the project team, support the project to win a contract;

- Responsible for the Financial Result: responsible for keeping project within scope, budget, time

- Leader for resource coordination: Coordinate resources to formulate and ensure effective implementation of the project delivery strategy and solution.

- Responsible for customer relationship and customer satisfaction: have regular communication with customer up to C- level, establish governance model and communication channel, manage customer relationship and expectation, involve big change decision making through Steering Committee, Push customer to cooperate for solve any uprising issues

- Responsible for the High delivery Quality: Manage Project team, identify and manage the major issues and risks, instruct the PM to implement the project management and do performance appraisal for the members of the project;

- Builder for knowledge and capability building: enable personnel, select team members with qualified knowledge and skill to support the project. In course of project, ensure information transfer, lessons learned.

Skills:

- At least 15 years of experience in Telco, 10 years in Project director or Programme Manager position.

- Have experience in leading a large-scale distributed delivery team (up to 50+ people) across different functions

- Fluent English, German is preferred. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

- Customer-facing experience is a must as well as software project experience

- Must have Video technology and project delivery experience

- Experience with working for companies like Ericsson/Cisco/Microsoft is preferred.
