We are currently looking for several Business / IT- Analysts (m/f) for a client in the banking sector in Copenhagen. Please note: experience in the banking sector and preferably within FCCP is a must have!Project start: mid of September 2016
Project location: Copenhagen, Denmark – on-site
Project duration: 11 months
Your tasks:
Work with business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs, e.g.:
• Clearly articulate and document business requirements
• Assess the risk of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands
• Manage ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction
• Ability to drive as-is investigations and document findings to a high level of quality
• Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate organisational designs and validate proposed solutions
• Obtain key input from enterprise architecture teams and identify solution interdependencies
• Engage with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
• Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues.
Your tasks in detail:
30% capturing business needs and shaping requirements through dialogue with business sponsors
20% understanding end-user requirements
25% working on solution design and communicating with BPE team
10% project management
10% integration planning/dependency management/business process mapping
5% supporting testing
Your skills:
-Several years of experience within IT projects in the banking sector
-FCCP project experience prefered
-Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following IT areas:
• Applications Development,
• Enterprise Architecture,
• Project Management,
• Vendor Management,
• Quality Assurance,
• Infrastructure,
• Maintenance and Support
- Experience/knowledge from Transaction Monitoring
- Ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Good understanding of information technology and business concepts
- Familiarity with general business functions
- Strong problem solving and strong communication skills
