I'm working with an established Technology consultant who are on the lookout for talented candidates to join them on an initial, 12-14 month project.
With this assignment, my client are looking for someone to be utilised in a Transformation/Change Lead capacity...please see below for details:-
Plan, coordinate and execute all activities relating to transformation, communication & change
Development of change and communications strategy
On the basis of detailed functional requirements for future to be solution, derive necessary change impact and develop transformation plan
Plan and align appropriate measures for the implementation of the necessary business change in accordance with subsequent project stages
Detailed description of complex transformation scenarios that have been identified by the change impact assessment and related workshops with affected business departments
Creation of dedicated slide deck explaining key transformation impacts on department level
Alignment of all TCC related activities with central team and close corporation in order to develop consistent solutions across Vodafone Group
Stakeholder management by utilizing and frequently updating stakeholder Matrix with all necessary information to efficiently manage project stakeholders
Analyse, understand and prepare targeted communication to highlight change brought forth by IFRS 15 to all stakeholders
Organisation of All Hands meetings to brief the organisation when critical milestones are achieved
Close corporation with functional work stream and process specialists to shape new to be solution and understand consequential change implications in detail
Creation of training material and organisation of training sessions for user acceptance test and business go-live, as well as additional training session where required
Developing frequent communications to ensure all impacted stakeholders are aware of current project status and transformation necessary to reach compliance
Skill Set:
Profound expert knowledge of financial accounting and in particular IFRS15 and IFRS16 and the specifics of IFRS in the mobile telecommunication industry
Profound knowledge of Standard CBM business processes, Finance process methodologies and the SAP EVO ERP
Previous experience in managing large cross-functional finance implementation projects
In-depth understanding of ERP template projects and experience in managing multinational system integrator teams (to be of advantage)
Broad knowledge and experience in the area of Transformation, Communication & Change and proven track record as well as methodology
Strong communication skills in German and English required
Ability to produce illustrative as well as convincing presentations and communication material to efficiently transport key change & transformation messages
Profound presentation and people skills, to successfully steer the transformation and manage change
