For our client from the telecommunication industry we are currently looking for a BSS Project Director
With deep experience in BSS technology
Start: ASAP
End: 3 months (extension possible)

The PD is the project CEO and is responsible for attaining project objectives.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Supporter for Winning the contract (W): responsible for the whole process operation management of the project
team, support the project to win a contract;
- Responsible for the revenue, cost, profit for the project.
- Coordinate resources to formulate and ensure effective implementation of the project
delivery strategy and solution.
- Have regular communication with customer up to C-level, establish governance model and communication
channel, manage customer relationship and expectation, involve big change decision making through Steering
Committee, Push customer to cooperate for solve the difficult
- Responsible for the High delivery Quality D manage Project team, identify and manage the major issues and
risks, instruct the PM to implement the project management and do performance appraisal for the members of the
project;
- Knowledge management
Skills
- At least 10years of experience in Telco, 10 years in Programme Manager or project manager position.
- Have experience to lead a large-scale of delivery team up to 50+ across different functions
- Fluent English, German is preferred. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-facing experience is a must
- BSS technology and successful transformation project delivery experience is a mandatory. Work experience for
Amdocs/Netcraker/Accenture/Salesforce is preferred.
