My client is a leading aviation organisation that requires 2 x SATCOM Engineers. The individual should have an excellent grasp of SATCOM communications and experience of maintaining SGT is essential. The contract is an initial 12 month contract with possible extensions.The Role:
- Your understanding of NSII SL and DIS life cycle support will be used in the role.
- Ensure the project is conducted in accordance with the SGT management procedure.
- Identify, analyse, measure and manage SGT system risks.
- Providing assistance to the NSII SATCOM Manager in connection with engineering, operations and maintenance.
Requirements:
- SATCOM maintenance experience and good knowledge of SATCOM communications is essential.
- A full and complete understanding of Antenna subsystems, Amplifiers and HVAC systems.
- SC/NATO/DV clearance or equivalent.
