Skills and experience
The candidate must have:

University Diploma, Master or equivalent, ideally in Computer Science/Mathematics/IT Security

Very good knowledge in cryptography including cryptographic protocols such as TLS and the S/MIME standard

Very good technical understanding of Public Key Infrastructure as wells as PKI standards(PKCS#11), Smartcards, HSMs
-
Be experienced with processes related to IT infrastructure in very large organizations (Change Management, IT Application Management, IT Operations, etc.)

Good technical know-how related to IT infrastructure

Have very good communication skills and be able to work independently
