Solutions Architect - Genesys | Dusseldorf, Germany | 5 Months | Genesys, Cassandra, Jetty, SQL
Square One are currently looking for a Solutions Architect for a 5 month contract in Dusseldorf.
The candidate needs to have the following:
Good Knowledge of Genesys call back and Schedule call back solution
eServices, v8.1+, especially Genesys Web Engagement/Proactive environment
Genesys Info Mart particularly with respect to eServices reporting
Experience using SCXML to develop ORS routing applications for eServices using Composer
Strong understanding of Cassandra, Jetty and SQL skills
Involvement in Genesys platform design and architecture
Good Knowledge of Genesys Mobile Services (GMS)
